2013 Na Wahine women only Triathlon Festival :
This September, National Womens Health month, 300 eager women will gather at the shores of Queens Surf Beach in Waikiki.
They are mothers, teachers, nurses, presidents of companies, executive directors, realtors, massage therapists, sales reps and more.
They will gather on September 15, 2013, to challenge their bodies and their minds and compete in Hawaiis premier all-womens multi-sport event, the 14th annual Na Wahine Festival.
Course Information:
Three sprint distance multi-sport events will be taking place on the same race course.
Sprint Triathlon:
Swim 500m in the waters of Queen surf.
Ride 12 miles through Kahala and back over Diamond Head.
Finish with a 5K run around Kapiolani Park.
Super Sprint participants will follow all PINK signs.
All other events (sprint distance) will please follow all of the GREEN signs on the route.
