1 mile run, 3 mile bike, 200 yard swim. For ages 5-12. The "Kids Distance" event will start first , before the short and long distance at approximately 8:15 am. Kids course stays within the college limits.
2 mile run - 6 mile bike - 400 yard swim Run is fast city streets, bike is flat, pool swim. .
6 mile run - 24 mile bike - 800 yard swim Run is flat streets, bike is a 5.1 crit style done 4 times, pool swim.
