This is the first of the club races. It will be a short distance duathlon, approximately a 1 mile run, 11 mile bike, 2 mile run.
There will also have a shorter distance kids duathlon after the adults race. This will be approximately a 12 mile run, 2 mile bike (on the paved River Mountain Trail), 12 mile run.
These races are free to Club members. A current 2010 membership is required to participate in all Club races.

Other Info:
We will have a picnic beginning after the finish of the adults duathlon. Hang out after you finish and cheer on the kids finish and have a burger or hot dog.
