This
is the 7th anniversary of MNCREW's Women Run the Cities event, a running/walking event for women and girls featuring a
10-mile run, 5k run/walk, and 1-mile girls run. It is open to all women, from
experienced runners and walkers to beginners. The course gives participants and
spectators the opportunity to enjoy a crisp fall morning along the Mississippi River.
