Jump start your triathlon racing season! Get your feet wet and have fun with your fellow triathletesPack your gear bag and fuel your body for lots of energy to try out your open water swim in the pool, see how quick you can do your transitions, and test out your race legs doing a brick (running after biking in triathlon lingo). Beginners and experienced triathletes are all welcome to join us for a great workout! Dont miss your chance to be prepared and ready for your triathlons!
You must be able to swim 300yds., then bike for 30 minutes (either on your bike and resistance trainer OR on a spin stationary bike), and then run 2 miles. You will transition between each event in your own designated transition area. Each athlete will be able to do each event at their own pace. Without the pressure of doing a race, this is your opportunity to feel comfortable with YOUR triathlon skills and pace.
You will be emailed your wave start time and more details the week before the event.
So get your race gear ready, pack it up, get carbo loaded, and TRI IT OUT!
