2013 Tri-Warriors Youth Triathlon:
Robeson County's Only Youth Triathlon.
Course Information:
Distances By Age Group:
6 -10: Swim 50 Yards, Bike 3 Miles, Run 1 Miles
11-15: Swim 100 Yards, Bike 6 Miles, Run 2 Miles
The youth will swim in an indoor pool on the campus of UNCP.
Then exit the pool, grab their bike and helmets and ride on the country roads that surround the town of Pembroke. The bike route is flat.
During the last transition, the participants will grab their shoes and run inside the campus of UNCP.
The run route is flat.
