16-20 obstacles thru fields, woods and creek. Hilly terrain to test your endurance.
Our tentative list of obstacles are: Monkey Bars over Water, Tire Run, Mud Pits, Log Jam Trail, Mud Climb, Dark Tunnels, The Wood Walls, Rope Run, Clay Mud Crawl, Over and Under Barriers, The Pipes, Rope Bridge, Mud Terraces, Tire Flip, Balance Course, Weight Carry, Weight Lifting, Tire Wall, Cargo Net Climb, Ninja Jump Boxes, Ninja Jump Wall, Ninja Wall Scaling, Creek Running and many trails thru the woods.
The safety of all participants is our top priority. No participant has to attempt an obstacle they do not feel they can do safely. Participants that fail an obstacle or choose to pass, will have a penalty exercise to complete. Penalty may include Burpees or other another activity.
The first event will be self-timed. Clocks will be available for you to look at. The spirit of the event will be to complete as many obstacles as possible and also to assist others as you proceed.
We may try to keep track of who completed all of the obstacles and what their time was. Our goal for this first event is to give you great obstacles, a great run, and a great time.
The first loop will be over 2 miles and the second loop will be 1 mile long. The last half mile will be spent snaking through Case Creek. This will be a great opportunity to get cleaned off.
Note: If dangerous high water is present, we will not run through Case Creek.
