Special Olympics
The Rugged Run for Respect is a 5k out-and-back course, complete with body bending obstacles, will not only test your physical strength and agility, but your mental stability as well. You will crawl through tunnels, trudge through mud and carry sand bags across varied distances all for a great cause!
Waves begin at 10am and continue every 15 minutes ending at 12:30pm. Competitive Heats are at 10:00am and 10:15am
