2010 Patriot Triathlon:
Course Information:
SWIM:
400 yard seeded pool swim (fastest to slowest), serpentine style (up one side of the lane, down the other)
BIKE: 15 mile hilly bike ride on good roads.
RUN: 5K hilly run half on pavement/bike path and half on dirt/sand roads.
The run is either up or down hill - there is no flat.

There is a Sports and Health Club Challenge to any and all area sports clubs to see which fitness company or club really has the MOST FIT employees! The winner gets the silver cup trophy and bragging rights for the year.
