Hand timed practice swim- 500 yd. Self guided run route- 5K.
We start bright and early to keep your Saturday free- always done by 7 am! Register at 5:30 am and listen to coach Dennis for a few before warm ups.
Start time is about 6:00 am (we are flexible to accommodate our attendees).
Usually a very small group- body marking will be required for any practice where lanes are shared.
5K run goes through the pedestrian tunnel under Sahuarita road, North through the School District ground, the West side of the track/stadium, and connects to the bus route on school grounds. Turn Right, follow the bus route out of the complex, turn Right on the sidewalk parallel to Sahuarita Road- go West to Rancho Sahuarita Blvd. Turn Right on the sidewalk and go North to the first light, which is the entrance to Sahuarita Primary School. Turn Right and reconnect to the bus route on the School District property. Follow the bus route until the track/stadium access road and return to the Pool using the pedestrian tunnel.
