race starts and finishes on hudson river water front with a great post race party all proceeds go to intepid museum fallen heroes fund and the chief michael shortell memorial fundfood, music and prizes.
Course Information:
enjoy spectacular views while kayaking 1 mile out and back, bike 12 miles on rte 9d to Garison and back, run 3 miles on road/trail along the water front.
