The UNITED WARRIORS XTREME RACE is a 5K run with 14 EXTREME OBSTACLES thrown into the mix to provide a rigorous yet fun challenge for all of you thrill seekers out there!
Course Information:
Get Down. Get Dirty.
Its time to tackle some mud slingin, tire swingin, fire jumpin, and heart pumpin xtreme obstacles!
We dare ya!
Please note: United Warriors Xtreme Race obstacles can be hazardous. It is the responsibility of the participant to leave the course if they are unable to complete an obstacle. Course officials will be stationed at every obstacle for safety purposes.
Can you handle ALL 14 obtacles?
There will be the SANDPIT CRAWL, the TEETER TOTTER, BALANCE BEAMS, the dreaded OVER/UNDER, HANGING TIRES, the dark TUNNELS, STEP UP/STEP DOWN, HAY BALE JUMPS, ROPE WALL, try not to get stuck in the TIRE SHUTE, SNAKE SLIDE, TIRE RUN, and are you brave enough for the FIRE LEAP and the final feat to put the fire out, the MUD PIT/FLUSH.

From Chicago--Take I-55 South to Springfield. Take I-72 heading towards Jacksonville. Take Exit 68 to Jacksonville. This will eventually become Morton Ave. Stay on it approximately 4 miles then turn right on to Westgate Ave. Approximately 1 mile on your right will be the fairgrounds.
From Quincy--Take I-72 heading towards Springfield. Take Exit 60B towards Jacksonville/Beardstown. Take the Morton Avenue exit. Stay on this road approximately 2 miles. Turn left on Westgate Ave. Approximately 1 mile on your right will be the fairgrounds.
From Alton--Take Rte. 367. Follow 367 thru Alton into Godfrey from there you will take Rte. 267. From Rte 267 it will be approximately 55 miles to Jacksonville. You will enter on Main Street-go approximately 2 1/2 miles and turn left on to Morton Ave. Approximately 2 miles turn right on to Westgate Ave. Approximately 1 mile on your right will be the fairgrounds.
