Triathlon to benefit the local high school (North Laurel and South Laurel) swim programs. Children may move up age categories if they wish and seniors may move down.
Awards will be given top three male and female finishers for each age group. First place will receive a trophy and second and third place will receive medals. Each participant will receive a t-shirt.
Packet Pick-Up and On-Site Registration will run the night before (August 23) from 5-8 pm and the day of from 7 am until the start of the race. A t-shirt is not guaranteed to anyone registering on site.
Helmets WILL BE required. Run and bike are open road. Children age groups will never leave the Crooked Creek community, however the course for the Open Category ride will take riders out of the community.
There will be a senior discount. $20.00 for anyone in the senior division ($60.00 and up)
**Special Note on Small Fry Tri: has no measured distance and will not leave parking lot. Will not be timed, all participants will receive a ribbon. Registration fee is only $20.00
**Special Note on Team Category: Team fee is $45.00 per team ($15.00 for each member) Teams consist of 3 members, one per event. Age group for team is determined by age of oldest member. Age groups for team races are 12 & under, 18 & under, 59 & under. There may be a senior team if all three members are above age 60, however if only one or two members are above age 60, the must compete in the 59 & under team category.
