2010 French Broad Challenge Triathlon:
Glory Hound Events is teaming with the Mountain Sports Festival to bring you the inaugural French Broad Challenge Triathlon. The race will start and finish inside the track at Carrier Park in the heart of the festival.
Course Information:
Racers will run the short distance to the boat launch and then paddle the 4 miles downstream to Jean Webb Park where the Transition Area will be set up for bikes and run gear. The bike course is an 11 mile out-and-back route up and down Riverside Drive. Following the bike leg, racers will run 3.1 miles back to Carrier Park.
