Each participant will receive a finisher's ribbon.
Awards will be given 1st-3rd Place in each age group (6& under, 7-9, 10-11) for each event.
Course Information:
5K Course Description
Start from the far end of the RMCM parking lot, then head north on along bike trail and frontage road paralleling Highway 135. Turn around at the water station, and head back to RMCM. The last .55 miles winds along the RMCM Life Course. This is a relatively flat course, mixing dirt trail, and pavement.
Things to Note
The frontage road is not closed to vehicle traffic during the event. Please run facing traffic and remove headphones for this short section.
Dogs are not allowed on course.
Parents with baby strollers are welcome, though it may be a little bumpy on the dirt section of the course. Please be aware of other participants wanting to pass.
Water will be available to participants during the run at the start/finish and at turn-around.
Kids Race Options
Kids 11 & under may join us for one of our kids events, held on the RMCM Life Course:
1-Lap Race (.55 mile) -OR- 2-Lap Race (1.1 mile)
Pre-Registration & Race Day-Registration $5.00
Kids 11 & under are also welcome to sign up for the 5K run/walk ($35 per participant)

- All events will be digitally timed using RaceSplitter technology.
- Packet pick-up & participant check-in begins at 8:15 a.m.
- Race-day registration closes at 9:15 for Kids Races, 9:45 for 5K Run/Walk.
- No dogs allowed on course.
- If pushing a stroller please stay to the right, and be aware of passing traffic.
- This is not a closed course, please be aware of traffic along the frontage road.
