Three different courses are available for different age groups. Adult individuals and adult relay teams (team of 3) swim 300 meters, bike 12 miles, and run 3 miles. Kids between the ages 7-10 swim 50 meters, bike 2 miles, and run .5 miles. Kids between the ages 11-14 swim 150 meters, bike 6 miles, and run 1.5 miles. Every athlete will receive a race t-shirt, and all children athletes will receive a medal as well. The top finishers in each age group will be awarded. The age groups are 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over. All participants must wear a bike helmet.
