2010 Lake Mills Triathlon:
Sprint Triathlon starting at Sandy Beach Park in Lake Mills Wisconsin.
Course Information:
Swim
The swim will take place at Rock Lake.
Water temperatures average between 62 and 68 degrees, so wetsuits are recommended but not mandatory.
The ¼ mile swim is a counter-clockwise swim, keeping the buoys on the left.
Bike The 16 mile bike course is an out and back on country roads.
Helmets are required and your bike helmet must be fastened before leaving the transition area.
There are no aid stations on the bike course, so please bring plenty of water on the bike.
Run The 5K run is an out and back on Glacier Drumlin Trail.
There will be two water stations on the run course.
