Run (2 Mile) - One stages of the run will be held entirely on beautiful Gilman Trails. The scenic asphalt network of trails within the park varies from flat to rolling hills. The other stage will be oon asphalt roads.
Bike (20 Mile) - The bike course will be on gently rolling hills southwest of the park. There will be no water stations on the bike course. Marshals will be monitoring for illegal drafting. Helmets are required as per ANSI and USAT Standards. Transition - All stages will start and finish inside the park. The transition area is common for the both the short and long course.The area will be fenced and access will only be allowed for competitors before, during and after the race. Transition area will open at 5:00 am.
