Each athlete will start off running either a 1 mile or 5k (3.1 miles),
then bike either 6 miles or 30k (18.6 miles) and complete the event by
either running another 1 mile or 5k, depending on the distance you
register for! "2-person Relay" option (40K distance only). Relay
Member #1 starts off with a run, then hands off to Relay Member #2, who
does the cycling portion. Relay Member #1 then finishes off with the
last 5k run. It's a great way to be involved and have fun!
