2010 Oak Park YMCA Indoor Triathalon:
- This is an indoor triathlon at the Oak Park YMCA, consisting of a 10 minute swim, 30 minute bike and a 20 minute run.
- Heats will start every 25 minutes with just four participants competing in each event at a time.
Course Information:
- Swim in our 33 yard pool
- Bike on our "Star Track" spinner bikes
- Run on our treadmills
Directions:
Long Blvd is off Cedar Street between Willoughby Road and Miller Road.
