Train Where You Race!
This course will prepare new & experienced triathletes for the Pleasant Prairie Sprint & International Triathlon on Sunday June 23 at the RecPlex. Training plans will be available for novice triathletes, intermediate triathletes, and experienced triathletes for both the Spring and the International distances. A duathlon training plan is also available for anyone planning on that race. Training will be conducted by Ken Johnson, USA Triathlon certified coach.
