2013 Sylvan Lake Park Triathlon Series:

2013 Sylvan Lake Park Triathlon Series Race #3.

This is the first triathlon series sanctioned by USA Triathlon in Seminole County history.

Sylvan Lake Park is a beautiful venue and the course layout is awesome.

Its a series of four, sprint distance races where triathletes swim 750 meters, bike 20k and run a 5k.

We also have Aqua Bike swim 750m / bike 20k, a Duathlon run 5k / bike 20k / run 5k and a My First Tri race swim 500m / bike 20k / run 5k It's a perfect distance for new and re-inspired athletes.
