2013 Ellington Sprint Triathlon:
The race will take place in the beautiful countryside of Ellington, CT in the Crystal Lake region.
Course Information:
The swim will consist of a bouy to bouy 1/4 mile swim in Crystal Lake.
Followed by a 12-mile road bike on the back country roads of Ellington & Tolland.
Finish with a 3.1 mile run around Crystal Lake with a glorious finish back at the lake.
