Course Information:
Maui - Join Maui Oceanfront Marathon in priogree for either a 5k or 15k run.
Hilo - Run a 10 mile out and back paved surface in Volcano National Park.
Run as much of the route as you desire.
Kona - Run or swim on your own from the pier which is the transition point for the Ironman.
Kauai - Run a 5k, 10k or 10 miler - or any other distance in Poipu Beach, Kauai.
