2013 Grand Haven Kids Triathlon:
  • This kids triathlon is for children ages 6 through 13.
  • Swim: 100 meter pool swim, serpentine style (down one lane, up the next).
  • Bike: 2 14 miles.
  • Run: 1 14 miles.

    • Course Information:


  • The swim will take place in the Tri Cities Family YMCA pool.
  • Athletes will then exit the building to the transition area.
  • The bike course will take the kids along Lake Avenue to Harbor Drive, going past the beach and back to the YMCA.
  • Athletes will then run the 1 14 mile run along the boardwalk which is part of the same course the adults will run on Sunday.
