2013 Fontaine Gills Family YMCA Sleepy Hill Sprint Triathlon:

Come spectate or participate in the Fontaine Gills Family YMCA 1st annual Sleepy Hill Sprint Triathlon.

Athletes will have to challenge themselves to complete a 300 yard swim in the YMCA pool, a 10 mile cycling course through the slopes of Hampton Hills and Terra Largo, followed by a 3 mile run before crossing the Finish line at the Fontaine Gills Family YMCA.

The event is open to everyone ages 14 & up.

Challenge yourself to be better than your best.
