The First Annual Williamston Community Pool and Fitness Center Indoor/Outdoor Triathlon, Duathlon, 5K Run and 2M Family Fun Run/Walk will occur on Saturday, April 27, 2013. Information and Registration forms can be obtained at http://www.gowcs.net/ under the Community link, by entering the Pool or Fitness Center informational heading. You will need to submit an average time on your registration form for the swimming leg of the Triathlon.
Course Information:
The events are as follows:
Sprint Triathlon: 275 yd indoor swim; 10 mile bike; and 3.1 mile run. Cost: $35.00 for members; $45.00 for non-members. Add $10.00 for late registration after April 15, 2013.
Duathlon: 2 mile Run; 10 mile bike; and 3.1 mile run. Cost: Same as Triathlon.
5K: 3.1 mile run. Cost: $20.00 for members. $25.00 for non-members. Add $10.00 for late registration.
Family Fun Run/Walk: 2 miles. Cost $15.00 for members. $20.00 for non-members. Add $10.00 for late registration.
