2013 Kansas City Triathlon:
- The Kansas City Triathlon offers a flat, fast course that travels through the scenic terrain of Jackson County, Missouri.
- In only five years, the Kansas City Triathlon has become one of the fastest growing and most popular events in the midwest!
- Both Olympic and Sprint Distances are being offered in 2013.

Sprint:
- The Sprint distance course includes a 500 meter swim in Longview Lake, 20K bike course along the scenic roads around Longview College and finishes with a 5K run through the trail system of Longview Lake.
Olympic: - The Olympic course consists of a 1.5K swim, 40K bike and 10K run throughout the same areas as the Sprint Course.

Lake Longview:
- Longview Lake in Kansas City is located just off of 470 and Raytown Road with easy access from 435, I-35 and 291.
- Race starts at the west swim beach.
