.300 Meter Swim in the YMCA's indoor pool
15 Mile Bike along rolling country roads
5k Run along the beautiful Kishwaukee River (along community path)
Chip Timed with online results by Tri-3 Events
Post Race Entertainment provided by "Daylight in the Swamp", family friendly music

Course Information:
300 Meter Swim inside YMCA pool
Large Transition grassy area outside pool with bike racks provided by Shosies Cyclery.
15 Mile Bike - out and back course along rolling country roads. Minimal turns
Slightly uphill on the way out - slightly downhill on the way back to the transition area.
5k Run - out and back course along the Kishwaukee River. Minimal turns, double water stops.
Run course is flat and fast with ample shade and double water stations.
Chip timed by Tri-3 Events.
Family Fun with "Daylight in the Swamp" progressive blue grass band post race.
