Our course is designed to present athletes with a challenge, while offering scenic beauty with rolling hills, countryside farms and a historic covered bridge. It is perfect for the first time sprint tri-athlete and competitive for those more experienced racers; sign up as an individual or as a team.
For the new racers, we offer a tri training program (http://www.greenfield-triathlon.com/training.php) on Sundays leading up to the event. Spend eight Sundays familiarizing yourself with our course and learning the ways of a triathlete.
Not only will you have an incredible experience at our Greenfield Lightlife Triathlon, proud to have your medal around your neck while enjoying your lasagna lunch, your participation will help the community through support of the Greenfield Recreation Department, providing programs and events for families of Greenfield.

Course Information:
The swim takes place in the Green River, where the depth is rarely greater than 7 feet and the shore is always close at hand. The ride rolls through scenic countryside. The run route is relatively flat going past cornfields and through neighborhoods where many residents are on their front lawns cheering athletes to the finish.
