As the names indicates, the Tri Faster Run Faster class will teach you to RUN FASTER!

the summer so you can run more efficiently, stronger and with more
The training sessions will be divided into two groups. A short course group
is available for runners training for races that are 10K and shorter as
well as triathletes who are training for sprint and Olympic distance
triathlons. The long course group is for runners training for half and full marathons and triathletes training for half and full Ironman events.
All speeds of runners are welcome to join us! Intervals will be
run on a combination of hills, paved roads, and a limestone trail. Be
motivated by the coaches and the hard working athletes who attend our
Tri Faster classes.
The running will be outside, so dress accordingly. Your registration fee
does includes access to the Tudor Oaks for a dry area to stretch along
with locker rooms and showers for those needing to clean up afterwards
for work (or meeting friends for breakfast).
