Course Information:
- The swim will be 14 mile rectangular box swim in the ocean going with the current.
- The bike will begin at 13th and JFK. The Bike Course is Completely Closed To Traffic. Cones, arrows, and many volunteers will be assisting with the course. However, it is up the athlete to know the course!
- The run is 1.55 miles out and 1.55 miles on the beach. The finish will be on the beach.
