A great swim for newbies and short distance specialists in deep water off a clean beach.

Course Information:

  • The swim provides the swimmer with a number of views that help them sight and know where they are, large bridges on both sides and the famous Tuckahoe Inn Restaurant.
  • The bike will provide the athletes with a flat fast course through old neighborhoods.
  • The 3.1 mile run will cross the closed route 9 bridge providing you with a memorable run over the water.
