Course Information:

Run through Brooklyns only forest, past its waterfalls, under the Nethermead and East Wood Arches, through the Cleft Ridge Span Tunnel, over the Binnen and Esdale Bridges, and around the Long Meadow.

Bike a 3.35 mile loop (4x) going up gradual inclines, around long curves, and on fast flats.
