  • Swim .3 miles in the 68 degree protected and calm Barnegat Bay,
  • Bike the lightning fast out and back 10 mile loop through the wetland flats on great pavement.
  • Run 3.1 miles and finish on the picturesque Berkeley Island point stretched out into Barnegat Bay.
