Heel & Crank Duathlon 2010:
This race is a Team ROCKET Tri-Club production out of Huntsville, Alabama, it is a beginner friendly duathlon, yet a good speed test for the veterans.
We feature an off-site, post race party/awards at Tommy's Pizza in beautiful Bridge Street Town Centre, only 1/2 mile from race headquarters.
Course Information:
2.5 mile run, 10 mile bike, and 2.5 mile run:
All courses are run on smooth, wide (4 lane) light traffic roads in Cummings Research Park West.
The courses are relatively flat and fast. Both runs are on the same course and feature a loop (no out and back).
The bike course is a meandering loop through the park.
All major intersections are controlled by Huntsville Police Department ensuring your safety.
