Carroll Mud Run is a series of obstacles where a runner must climb, crawl, carry, and cry their way to the finish line. Youll know more once you do it. It is both a 5k race and a 5k mud run. A runner can solely run on a flat, expected 5k trail or take the optional detours from that trail to treacherous, exhilarating paths.
