2013 Red River High Mountain Half Marathon & 5K:
The Red River High Mountain Half Marathon and 5k is a beautiful, challenging event in the high mountain town of Red River.
We have a great race that includes a runner's reception on Friday afternoon, a silent auction, and an award ceremony that includes food and fun.
There is great support on the race course for the runner.
We have a 5K event for those who are not up to a half marathon.

Course Information:
The course is scenic and challenging.
You will run along the Red River while surrounded by beautiful mountain peaks, including Wheeler Peak, the highest point in Red River.
The course starts at 8750 feet, climbs to 9450 and back to 8750, so the second half of the race is mainly a downhill cruise.
The first half is not for wimps!
When you have finished this race you will feel as though you have conquered the world!
