Triathlon : Swim 1500 Meters, Bike 24.9 Miles, Run 6.2 Miles
Omaha Sprint Triathlon :
Triathlon : Swim ¼ Mile, Bike 12 Miles, Run 3.1 Miles
Omaha Olympic Aquabike :
Aquabike : Swim 1500 Meters, Bike 24.9 Miles
Omaha Youth Triathlon - (ages 15-18) : Kids Race
Triathlon : Swim 375 Meters, Bike 6.2 Miles, Run 1.5 Miles

2013 Omaha Triathlon & Aquabike:

The Omaha Triathlon is held at scenic Lake Cunningham.

We have expanded our races to include even more options.

Choose between the Sprint Distance, Aqua Bike, Olympic Distance, or the Team Events.

NEW in 2013 -

We are excited to announce that the Omaha Triathlon has been chosen to host the 2013 USAT Regional Championship, the 2013 Paratriathlon Regional Championship, and the Best of the Us Amateur Triathlete Competition.

Olympic Distance Course Information:

Swim: 1500 meters

The swim course features a clean lake open water swim in Glenn Cunningham Lake.

Bike: 40 Km

The bike course features a great scenic ride through a more rural area of Omaha with great sights and farmland with lush, rolling hills.

The course is a challenging course with many hilly areas with varying degrees of difficulty.

Run: 10 Km

The run course is an out and back along the trails and grassy areas around the lake. A great scenic route and challenging with different surface areas

Directions:

Located just north and west of I-680 off State Street.

Bordered by 72nd Street on the East and 96th on the West.

Glenn Cunningham Lake is a great venue for triathlon.
