Description: 2010 Muddy Buddy Nashville:
  • The 2010 Columbia Muddy Buddy Series kicks off with an inaugural event in Las Vegas on March 7 and will also include new events in New York, Portland, Minneapolis and Miami.
  • Muddy Buddy Nashville will be held Saturday May 22, 2010.
  • A portion of the proceeds from the events are donated to the Challenged Athletes Foundation, which raises money for athletes with disabilities and provides them with adaptive equipment.

  • The Muddy Buddy Ride & Run Series is a 6-7 mile event with biking, running, obstacles, and of course the infamous mud pit!
  • 2 person teams use 1 mountain bike.
  • 1 team member rides the bike, the other runs, switching at each obstacle.

    If you love to off road run and ride you are going to love this race. The spirit is not of competion but of people enjoying each others company while getting a great workout in. However, if you are not one that likes to get dirty and you do not enjoy a fun challenge you should stay away from the Muddy Buddies.
