2010 Beaver Freezer Triathlon:

  • The Beaver Freezer Triathlon is a community event that attracts about 350 participants from throughout the Willamette Valley and even from out of state.
  • It has been the OSU Triathlon Club's annual fundraising event for the past 17 years.

    • Course Information:

    Swim: 500 yards
  • 20 lengths (10 laps) in a 25 yard pool

    Bike: 12 miles
  • Mostly flat, some hills, two out and back sections.
  • Road bikes and mountain bikes will ride the same course.

    Run: 5K - (3.1 miles)
  • Mostly flat and fast course

    • Directions:

  • The Beaver Freezer Triathlon will begin in the pool in Dixon Recreation Center on the Oregon State University Campus in Corvallis.
  • Dixon is located on 26th Street between Washington and Jefferson Streets.
