Sure to become a triathlon North Bay favorite! The swim takes place in the Russian River just 4 miles downstream from the Vineman 70.3 and Full Vineman races. Ride through Redwoods, up Austin Creek, along the Russian River with the bike turnaround on the coast in Jenner. The newly paved Hwy 116 promises a smooth and fast course. The run course is flat, fast, mostly shaded out-and-back on Moscow Road very much like the old Moscow Road Race 10k course.

Course Information:

Directions:
Take River Road westbound from Hwy 101. Monte Rio is just 4 miles past Guerneville.
