courses leaving from the Gary J. Arthur Community Center in Cooksville, MD. All

10-Mile Fun Ride: This
course is a family-friendly country route with
several small, low grade hills in addition to its beautiful scenic
views. Most importantly, it's safe for everyone including families and
meant to provide a short and easy course!
22-Mile Fitness Test: The first half of this great route is scenic with horse
farm views, quiet neighborhoods in addition to one challenging hill. As you get
closer to the half mile marker of this route, while still scenic, there are also
several moderately challenging but short to medium length hills as well. Please
plan your preparation well, and you will be exhilarated once you’ve completed
32-Mile Challenge: The 32-mile route is not only scenic and quiet with lovely country views of
horse farms and rural settings but as beautiful as the views are, it’s also
hillier so please plan your training accordingly. This course starts out at a moderate
skill-level and increasingly gets more challenging with the rolling hills and
steep climbs as the miles pass. You’ll love it!
63-Mile Elite Ride: If you are an elite cyclist or more serious about your
training, the challenging 63-mile ride is for you! It’s still got the scenic
views of beautiful Howard County like the other routes do but it’s more challenging
with a steady mix of hills and flats. The nice rural views help with the multiple
challenging and well dispersed hills you encounter throughout. With adequate
preparation, you will be “King of the Hill” and our smiley face “Last Push” surprise
is sure to help you up the last hill to the finish line

In 2012, we had over 700 riders help to raise $400,00 for the American Diabetes Association that goes towards much needed research and advocacy to fun local educational and advocacy programs here in Maryland. Together, we will find a cure, one mile at a time.
