Swim, Bike, & Run!
Course Information:
- The swim is in a protected cove and is more like a lake than anything else.
- The bike is a single loop out of the Park and onto bike paths & surface roads that will take you around the Goleta & Santa Barbara area (no major hills).
- The run is on the recreational path in and around the Park with a portion that runs along the beach and under the pier during low tide. How perfect is that?
