2013 Lake Claremore Triathlon:

  • This year the August 18 Lake Claremore Triathlon includes two races, a Sprint Triathlon and an Olympic Triathlon.
  • Participants in both races will receive a custom technical shirt and finisher medal, and there will be age group and overall awards too.
  • In both events, you have the option of participating as an individual or team.
  • The Sprint Tri includes a 750meter open water swim in Lake Claremore, 20km road bike, and 5km road run.
  • The Olympic distance Tri includes a 1500 meter open water swim in Lake Claremore, 40k road bike, and 10km road run.
  • Early registration is open through August 1.

  • Bike course is filled with a few climbs and tasty rollers.
