Course Information:
The Race Course
The swim is up and down 6 lanes of the pool for a total of 300 yards. Swimmers are sent off one at a time. Starting order is determined by the times entered on the registration form with faster swimmers being sent off first. Please try to be as accurate as possible when you estimate your time for the 300 yard swim.The bike course is a single loop.
The run is out and back with the finish under the giant F.I.R.M arch.

2013 Woodruff Family YMCA "Y Tri":
- The "Y Tri" is a fundraiser for the Woodruff family YMCA.
- T-shirts to all pre-entered Athletes and the first 25 athletes to register on race day.
- After race refreshments & music.
- FIRM will be using the Champion Chip Timing System which will be issued at registration.
- Athletes are responsible for returning assigned chip following event.
- There is a $30 fee for any lost chip.
