The
premier racing event of Pagosa, in the pristine San Juan Mountains. Get the
ultimate Pagosa Duathlon experience with epic single-track for the trail
enthusiasts. The Full Duathlon is a 6-mile run, 14-mile mountain bike ride and
the Half Duathlon is a 3-mile run, 8-mile bike. You can du either race as a
two-member relay team or take them on solo. For our young athletes, we have the
Mini-Du with a 1 mile run, 2 mile ride.
Course Information:
Race routes
integrate some beginner, but mostly intermediate levels of single-track trails,
dirt and gravel roads. Bike route is
self-supported. The venue of the San Juan National Forest is backcountry racing
at its best. Athletes trek through aspen
groves, grassy fields, and old logging roads.
The courses are sure to test your endurance, speed and ability.
