Course Information:
This is a great park and the Town of Ramseur is creating a swim entrance and exit specifically for this triathlon.
The bike will take place on the smooth quiet country roads that surround the park and the Town of Ramseur.
The run will follow the new Rail Trail across the road from the lake.
