2013 Remembering Teresa 5K, Duathlon & Kids Duathlon:

All events start from The Tomah High School on Butts Ave. in Tomah, Wisconsin.
Course Information:

5K Run:
The 5K run/walk goes north on Butts Ave from the high school, and then out and back on the Lemonweir River Parkway (paved) to Jefferson St where it makes a 180 degree turn and then back on the path to Butts Ave and finally back to the finish line in the high school parking lot.

The Duathlon course also begins at the high school (on Butts Ave.) and runs north on Butts Ave., to Butts Park then returns on the sidewalk-bikepath along the lake going behind Tomah Memorial Hospital to and around Winnebago Park. It is approximately 2 miles.

The bike course heads south and southwest out of town on rolling country two lane roads for approximately 9 miles in length. Water, sports drink, and medical will be available on all the run courses.

The second 2-mile run begins from Winnebago Park and runs the course in reverse to the finish at the High School parking lot.

Kids Duathlon:
The Kids Du is a run around Winnebago Park, a bike around the Park and a run around the Park.

Tomah is located on I90/I94, where the I divides. 
There are many hotels and motels in the area to stay at. 
Several rustic and Amish shops in the beautiful downtown area.

Spaghetti Dinner:
Spaghetti Dinner on Friday night for $5 along with packet pick up. 
There will be a speaker and luminaries released at dark over the lake. 
Our goal is to help raise funds for our local Domestic Violence shelter and Awareness to the issue of Domestic Violence.
