2013 Rustic Rage Off Road Duathlon:

Off road duathlon that will be a bit more adveturous than your average du.

You will get wet and dirty.

This race is for individuals and 2 person teams, with one member doing both the run legs and the other doing the Mt biking.

The race takes place at Rustic Park in Birdsboro PA.

Course Information:

2013 Duathlon Race Course:

3 mile trail run / 10 mile mountain bike / 3 mile trail run through the terrain at Rustic Park in Birdsboro

Directions:

Find your way to Birdsboro, PA.

Then at the intersection of Rte 724 and Rte 345, take North Furnace St, which becomes Hay Creek Rd for 1 mile to Rustic Park.

You can't miss it.

Pre-registration deadline is May 29th. Pre-registered goods: Tech race shirt and other goods, plus hot catered food at the finish. Race Day Registration: 7:30 to 8:45 AM. Awards / catagories: Individuals and team divisions.

There will be goods for those racers who are preregistered.
Food at the finish and awards for individuals and teams in many catagories!
